This stunning pair of silver gilt and enamel spoons were officially awarded to the players who represented Scotland in the World Cup Qualifier which was played in Finland on the 27/05/1965. The team included the great Dennis Law, Scotland won the match 1-2, but didn't go on to qualify for the 1966 World Cup. The spoons are engraved "Suomi vs Scotland 27/05/65".
These demi-tasse spoons are of the highest quality and the feather effect enamelling is first class. They are fully hallmarked on the reverse and we're crafted by Holger Lindström of Helsinki.

Although dating to the late 1950s, this stunning Poole Pottery Freeform Twintone vase was way ahead of it's time in both design and colourway
This fabulous piece is almost minimalist in style with it's subtle lime yellow colourway. You won't see many of these in this colour, this size and in this condition.
It is in superb condition with no chip cracks or crazing. It stands 23cm high and has a diameter of 23cm too.

These candle holders are fully hallmarked for Sheffield 1907 and were crafted by the silversmiths & antique dealers James Jay & Richard Attenborough.
James Jay was active from 1867 at 366 Essex Road, London. In 1887, he purchased stock and premises of Richard Attenborough at 142 - 144 Oxford Street. In 1897, the firm became James Jay Ltd and in 1904 Jay, Richard Attenborough & Co Ltd. The business closed after 1950.
These sticks are in very good used condition with slight signs of use and age.
